Hello......I’m Jeannine Coupland, owner of EVOLVE Acupuncture and Wellness located on Elizabeth St. in downtown Okotoks.
20 years ago I was in an accident which resulted in a spinal injury with a broken vertebrae. This was followed by 2 surgeries and a series of doctor appointments over the next few years.
I thought that a life of pain was just something that I would have to get used to and pain killers were what I would need daily to get by. Knowing of the consequences and internal damage that this medication can cause was something that weighed on me heavily.
Then one day a friend recommended I try Acupuncture. I didn’t know anything about it at the time but made an appointment, regardless.
The day I walked into my first Acupuncture appointment changed my life in so many ways that I never could have predicted.
Since that time, I’ve been driven to have a clinic space and share this modality with others to let them know that there are other options to better health.
In my dream to bring awareness to what Acupuncture is, I offer complimentary consultations. We will go over your health history, focus on current issues, and perform a computer graph that displays how your body is functioning.
